Which install?
No customer name or address goes on the sticker — it sits on the outside of the unit. Installer details come from My details.
Each sticker is 70 × 50 mm. Print on weatherproof label paper, or print on paper and laminate it. Stick it inside the service panel or on the side of the unit, out of direct sun.
Making the sticker last outdoors
Best — weatherproof labels
Buy A4 sheets of weatherproof polyester or vinyl labels made for your type of printer — search for "weatherproof polyester labels laser" (or "inkjet"). Each label must be at least 70 × 50 mm; one big label per sheet also works, then cut round the dashed lines.
Laser or inkjet?
A laser printer is best — the toner does not run in the rain and lasts years outside. Inkjet ink can fade or run unless you use labels made for inkjet and cover them.
No weatherproof labels?
Print on normal paper labels and cover with a clear self-adhesive laminate (overlaminate) sheet a little bigger than the sticker, or put it in a laminating pouch and fix with outdoor double-sided tape.
Where to stick it
On a clean, dry, flat panel — wipe with an alcohol wipe first. Inside the service panel or on the side away from the sun lasts longest. Not on the fan grille or anywhere that gets hot. Before you leave, scan it once with your phone to check it opens.
